Coffee—make it organic and freshly ground
A well-stocked fridge; breakfast stuff, snacks—you need it
Big stove—the more burners the better
Bedding—clean sheets are always a must
Plunger—those toilets aren't going to unclog themselves
Tool box—if you can fix it yourself, you don't have to pay anybody else
