Fame
You can't get much more famous than Sully, Amelia Earheart, Sally Ride, Goose, Mav, and of course, Snoopy (curse that Red Baron). However, what most of these folks have in common is that they achieved fame by braving seriously scary situations.
In other words, you really don't want fame in this gig. You just want the quiet respect of your peers and the hum of the engines, both of which are working just fine.
