Glory
Floral design certainly looks glorious. Weddings, showers, horse races, garden parties, and even funerals look spectacular with the help of flowers. They dress up a venue like nothing else can, and they bring a lot of joy to the people who get to look at them and sit amongst them. Flexing your creative muscles can make a lot of people happy or comfort them in their time of grief, and that feels pretty good.
However, there's not a lot of glory for floral designers beyond the satisfaction of a job well done. Floral designers work behind the scenes, getting everything set up and then vanishing when the guests arrive. They're basically Batman, except instead of the Batmobile, they drive a van with a special fridge in the back.
