Glory
Pretty much none. Maybe there's a big fight one day that you help break up, and you can get a sense of satisfaction from that. But big fights don't happen if the guards are doing their jobs in the first place, so...yeah. There's not much glory in this gig. You can still continue to promote your garage band on the side though. We have faith that it's going take off any day now.
