Stress

Property managers are busy people. Not only do you have to supervise your leasing consultants and maintenance crew, handle the finances for your complex, and troubleshoot resident and property issues, but you'll also have to convince potential residents that your complex (and not that rat hole down the street) should be their next home.

Those are a lot of tasks to juggle on a daily basis but, if you're organized and good at multi-tasking, your blood pressure isn't going to go up much. Real stress for a property manager involves that guy in 4A and his fire-hazard fajitas.
