Making Inferences and Justifying Conclusions

We've all made inferences in the past, some of which were right and some of which were very, very wrong. Luckily, we can double-check these inferences with data so that we don't end up with conclusions that are very, very wrong.

These standards describe the skill set that students need if they're going to conduct studies, collect data, and use that data to arrive at a justifiable conclusion.
