What do we mean when we say it today?

It seems not much has changed over the past 400 years when it comes to kids' games. Most of us have played a game or two of leapfrog in our lives. Someone leaps over someone else who is crouching down. Kids love it, and they probably did in Shakespeare's day, too. Some things never change.
