Ted and Richie are Chris and Alice's "boyfriends," respectively, who are trying to put themselves through college by selling drugs and getting high. They manipulate the girls into selling drugs for them, and have a pretty sweet gig going until the girls walk in on them having sex. No wonder Richie hasn't seemed as keen on Alice as she has on him…
The girls report them to the cops as revenge before taking off for San Francisco, and that's the last we hear of this stellar couple.
