Exactly how steamy is this story?

This is the early 1900s, so the characters aren't as modest as in Pride in Prejudice, but neither are they as lurid as they are in, say, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Life After Life falls smack in the middle of these two eras. Ursula is a swinging single lady in the midst of World War II, and even though she has multiple lives, they're too short for her to wait around for someone to put a ring on it.
Although none of the actions are described in great detail, all of the following things happen to Ursula: a kiss in the woods without her consent, being raped on the staircase, having really boring sex with her husband, having disappointing sex with a childhood friend (as adults), having an extramarital affair, talking with her sister and her girlfriends about her extramarital affair, having a boy get a little too excited while making out with her, and wondering how anyone could be sexually attracted to Hitler.
