Jake Spoon Timeline & Summary

After accidentally killing a dentist with a stray bullet, Jake Spoon flees Arkansas for Lonesome Dove.
It's Jake's idea to go to Montana, even though he doesn't really want to make the trip.
Jake tells Lorena he'll take her to San Francisco, even though he doesn't really want to make the trip. (Sensing a pattern?)
After a fight with Lorena, Jake leaves her. He doesn't chase Blue Duck after he kidnaps Lorena.
Jake falls in with the Suggs Brothers, a horrible group of bandits.
When the Suggs Brothers are hanged by Call and Gus for their crimes, Jake is hanged, too.
