Rocky Balboa

Rocky is a great American hero. (You don't get to argue with that assessment: Rocky's the man.) Not only is his name the title of the movie, but it's him we root for during the entire two hours. Sure he's a loan "collector," but he's a reluctant one. He's a down on his luck Philadelphia boy with a shot at achieving his dreams. You have to cheer him on.
