Bobby Phillips

Bobby Phillips is definitely the hero of his own story—not just because he's the narrator, but because he rises to the occasion when he finds himself in an uncomfortable and new situation. Instead of weeping or hiding away from the world, Bobby confronts his invisibility problem head-on and finds a solution… even when everyone around him is losing hope. That's what the hero of a story is supposed to do, and as our hero, Bobby pretty much never falters.
