Tupac Shakur was shot in Las Vegas on this day in 1996. He died six days later, but that hasn't curbed rampant conspiracy theories that the rapper faked his own death. The most recent of these postulates that Shakur fled to Cuba all those years ago, and he's been hanging out there this whole time, sipping on mojitos. Unfortunately, that theory has more holes in it than a moth-eaten Guayabera.
