Learning about learning for the love of learning.
Description
No one wants the teacher from Ferris Bueller's Day Off. There, we said it. That monotonous, repetitive style doesn't get anyone excited about learning. Then, there are the teachers from Freedom Writers, Dead Poet's Society, and The Class that everyone wants.
The difference? Well, for starters, those teachers obviously want to wake up and go to work in the morning. Plus, they work hard to inspire their students, and set a great example themselves.
Chances are, if you're interested in education, you want to be one of those teachers. After all, one of the perks of getting an education degree is changing the lives of the future generation. That's also one of the reasons why so many education majors genuinely love their jobs.
And hey, getting a movie made after you isn't bad either, right?
