If you’re not quite ready, old enough, or in the market for a driver’s license but would still like to be able to prove to people that you exist, you can apply for a state-issued ID card. To get one of these bad boys, you must be five years of age or older, and you need to present your social security number and an official document showing your birth date to the OMV. Congratulations! Now you exist!
