Crazy. Like the Tunes. As in, “this market trading at 35 times earnings is loonie. It’s not sustainable.”
So...where’d it come from? Yes, a bird. (Think: birdbrain.) There is a loon, whose behavior apes (or birds) that of a Congressman. They’re just nuts at times (around mating season, and also around budget allocation season, really).
