Yeah, that's a Thing now. The service is available semi-legally in various parts of the world (not the U.S...yet). Stanford University shied away from decades of focus on the computer science industry solely, and hired a new president who comes from the more science-y, bio/chem worlds. Admit a student who cures Alzheimer's, and the university endowment will almost certainly see another $5 billion in donations.
