Multi-Advisor Fund

See: Mutliple Managers.

A fund advisor isn't necessarily just one advisory person; it's often a team of people whose job it is to manage the fund, i.e. to buy and sell stocks and bonds and/or whatever else the fund invests in.

A typical fund might comprise one group of advisors who focus on its telecommunications investments, another group focused on oil and gas, another group on tech. Mutliple Managers = multiple opinions, which usually helps mitigate much of the volatility in funds that investors generally hate.
