Actually, the kind of Nordic Model we're talking about here relates to governmental structure, not statuesque blondes. It's a name given to the type of economic structure you often see in Nordic countries...places like Norway, Denmark, and Sweden.
The setup is marked by a generally capitalist/market economy, but with this basic outline, paired with wide-ranging welfare services. These countries also tend to see high levels of unionization.
