Context
This line was spoken by the Tenth Doctor (played by David Tennant) in a Christmas special of Doctor Who, written by Russell T. Davies (2005- ).
Even though he looks human with his impossibly slicked back hair, cute nerd glasses, and black Converse shoes, the Tenth Doctor is in fact an extraterrestrial being with two hearts and a handy dandy Sonic Screwdriver that can open any door. He doesn't have super strength or flying abilities, but the Doctor is confident, clever, and has saved the Earth on multiple occasions from a variety of alien species, including stone cold creepy Weeping Angels and the murderous Daleks.
This time he has to stop an intergalactic version of the Titanic from crashing down on Earth and destroying its population. Not if the Doctor has anything to say about it.
