Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine.
Context
This line is spoken by Rick Blaine, played by Humphrey Bogart, in the movie Casablanca, directed by Michael Curtiz (1942).
Okay, so Casablanca—it's one of those movies everybody says you should watch. You know what? They're right. It's awesome. Set in the early days of WWII, it tells the story of Rick Blaine, an expatriate American running a nightclub in Casablanca, Morocco.
Rick's life is turned upside-down when his ex, Ilsa (Ingrid Bergman), walks into the club with her husband, Lazlo, a Czech resistance leader wanted by the Nazis. This famous quote happens just after they re-meet, and Rick is getting as drunk as possible with nobody to talk to but the piano player Sam.

Where you've heard it
When a quote comes from one of the most well-known movies ever, chances are it's gonna spread through pop culture like a rash. Most recently, the line has gotten shout-outs from such luminaries as Bart Simpson of The Simpsons, Chuck of Chuck, and Sabrina of Sabrina the TV Witch. You might also remember it from Oceans 11, when the nightclub owner gives it a whirl. Oh, yeah, and maybe you've heard this song by Fall Out Boy.

Pretentious Factor
If you were to drop this quote at a dinner party, would you get an in-unison "awww" or would everyone roll their eyes and never invite you back? Here it is, on a scale of 1-10.
Ooh, quoting one of the most respected movies of all time—we're definitely inching up the pretentiousness scale here. If you do it, your Bogey impression better be spot-on.
