Run, Forrest, run!
Context
This quote is spoken by Young Jenny Curran, played by Hanna R. Hall, in Forrest Gump (directed by Robert Zemeckis, 1994).
Young Forrest Gump was born with a crooked back, so his doctor (who is either an idiot or just as crooked as Forrest's back) forces him to wear leg braces...because that makes sense.
One day, Forrest is being bullied, i.e., hit by rocks thrown by three boys on bikes. Young Jenny, the only kid who actually likes Forrest, tells him "just run away, Forrest." Yes, Forrest, you are wearing leg braces and can't bend your knees. Just run away!
So Forrest runs, prompted by Jenny: "Run, Forrest, run!"
He runs so fast that everything starts moving in slow motion, and he shatters right out of his leg braces and keeps on going, literally leaving the three bullies, who are the slowest bike riders ever, in his dust.
Where you've heard it
You've heard this whenever someone is running, and annoying people who really shouldn't ever be opening their mouths in public feel the need to say something to the person doing the running.

Pretentious Factor
If you were to drop this quote at a dinner party, would you get an in-unison "awww" or would everyone roll their eyes and never invite you back? Here it is, on a scale of 1-10.
Seriously, never say this, especially not with a fake Southern accent.
