What hump?
Context
This line is spoken by Igor, played by Marty Feldman, in the film Young Frankenstein, directed by Mel Brooks (1974).
Hey, guess what day it is. For Igor it's always hump day.
In Young Frankenstein, Igor, a guy who walks around with a giant hump on his back, is Dr. Frederick Frankenstein's assistant. Dr. Frankenstein is, you know, the guy who makes the monster. Now, Frankenstein a pretty smart dude, and he makes sure Igor knows it.
He tells Igor, "You know, I'm a rather brilliant surgeon. Perhaps I can help you with that hump." To which Igor responds, "What hump?"
See, that's hilarious because Igor totally has a hump. Like, his whole back is a hump. Igor doesn't even realize his own defining characteristic.
Poor Igor.
Where you've heard it
No, no, no. Don't even think about referencing "My Humps" by the Black Eyed Peas. That is not what we're talking about here. If you've heard this little line, it's probably just from someone quoting the movie. It's definitely one of the more memorable parts—plus, any scene with Igor in it is bound to be funny.
