This line is from the song "Wild Horses" by the Rolling Stones from the album Sticky Fingers (1971).
This is the first line of the refrain in a song about missing the one you love and love not being perfect and all that sappy romance stuff. The Rolling Stones make use of an old cliché to say that they're not going anywhere, no matter how tough love gets. Even wild horses couldn't drag them from their love.
