Context

This line is from the song "Hot N Cold" by Katy Perry, from the album One of the Boys (2008). 

The follow-up single to "I Kissed a Girl," this track proved that Katy was more than a one-hit wonder with a novelty song about bi-curiousness. "Hot N Cold" finds Katy complaining about the unreliability of one boyfriend or another, and features a video where a hunky groom hesitates to say, "I do." What follows is a dream sequence where Katy and bunch of brides chase him around with baseball bats, and for some inexplicable reason Katy has a zebra on a leash. Did you see when Katy sang these lines on Sesame Street with Elmo? Maybe not, since they didn't air it because some people complained that she was showing too much cleavage for kids.
