Nothing too "shocking" to report here, actually—some curse words, we suppose? Oh, and John is pretty brazen in propositioning women (the words "fluid exchange" make an appearance), so that's worthy of some parental guidance and "thirteen and above" restrictions, we suppose.

Aside from the sexy or cussy stuff, we also should probably mention that John is struggling with mental illness for a healthy portion of the movie, which is a bit of a "mature" subject. So, it seems like a PG-13 rating is appropriate on a number of fronts.
