Zahra Hakem Timeline and Summary

Dr. H examines Alan's neck lump/steak knife wound. She tells him it's probably benign and schedules surgery.
Dr. H and what seems like the UN of surgical teams operate on Alan.
After the surgery, she chats with Alan in recovery. It's clear that they dig each other, so she gives him her card.
Zahra responds to Alan's emails and eventually asks him on a date.
She picks him up in a chauffeured car for their date and they chat all the way to the beach house.
Zahra and Alan have a steamy swim in the sea before attempting to get intimate.
She tries to put the moves on Alan, but for various reasons, it doesn't work out. Instead, they chat and drink lots of wine.
In the end, it's pretty clear that Zahra and Alan won't have the chance to hook up again.
