With a crocodile's head, wildcat's/lioness's torso, and hippo's buttocks, Ammit is a ham and a half. She's a hungry mama that eats the souls of the unworthy in the Underworld. Anubis is her BFF—they go to the Underworldly Cafeteria together every day. And you know what? They usually get to go right to the front of the line. Word to the wise: Don't stand in Ammit's way when she's hungry.
