Leora Tozer

Even though Martin might not act like it sometimes, Leora Tozer is the love of his life. She sacrifices everything to be with him and to support him while he spends every day and night in his laboratory trying to make new scientific discoveries.

When she dies though, Martin is off kissing another woman. Now that might make it seem like Martin doesn't care about Leora, but he nearly kills himself with booze when he finds out that she has died. It only takes a few months for Martin to realize that his second wife, Joyce, will never give him the love and understanding that Leora did.
