Richard of Caister Timeline and Summary

Richard receives his first visit from Kempe right after she's given birth. He is impressed at her ability to speak of God's love, and he confirms her way of life.
Richard becomes Kempe's confessor and supports her against her detractors.
Kempe visits Richard on her return from the Holy Land. He is amazed that she is still in one piece—and cheerful to boot.
Kempe makes a pilgrimage to the recently deceased Richard's tomb to offer thanksgiving for the recovery of her friend, the priest who reads to her.
