Protagonist
Character Role Analysis
Daniel Burnham
In the battle between good and evil, Burnham's definitely our good guy. He doesn't come from much, but it's his crazy-good architectural skills that place him on a path towards success. He opens his own firm and is the top choice for director of works at the 1983 Chicago World's Far.
Thanks to Burnham's vision, the fair goes down in history as one of the best events of all time. Ever. He'll later go on to design other cool stuff like the Flatiron Building and Gimbel's department store in Manhattan, and the Mount Wilson Observatory in Pasadena, California.
