Freawaru Timeline and Summary

Freawaru is introduced in relation to her cousin, Hrothulf. They get along pretty well together. Translation: they flirt awkwardly.
We learn that Freawaru is the daughter of Hrothgar's previous consort (she's not Wealtheow's daughter).
Hrothgar intends to "trade" Freawaru to Ingeld, King of the Heathobards, to form an alliance. He doesn't think it will really work.
When Beowulf and his thanes are dining in Hrothgar's meadhall, the old king tells the hero of his plans for Freawaru. Beowulf doesn't think it will work, either.
