Dobby

So, Dumbledore is the guy who most fits the mentor role. Long beard. Flowing robes. He even has a heart-to-heart with Harry where he gives him some wise counsel end of the movie.

But, for the most part, Dumbledore is kind of an absentee mentor in this movie. Dobby is the one who keeps showing up to give Harry information about the dangers at Hogwarts. Sure, it's vague information and it comes with a side of trouble, but Dobby does fill Harry in on some important details.

So Dobby takes the prize here…as long as he promises never to mentor Harry Potter again.
