Vivian Baxter Johnson Timeline and Summary

Vivian's kids—Maya and Bailey Jr.—move in with her and her taking-care-of-business family in St. Louis.
She and her kids move in with her new sugar daddy, Mr. Freeman, and Maya sleeps in bed with the adults.
One Sunday, Vivian returns home to find her daughter sick in bed. She quickly discovers that Maya was raped.
After Mr. Freeman's trial and death, Vivian sends her children back to Stamps, but soon enough, they are sent back to live with her in San Francisco.
