Aunt Martha

Linda gets a lot of help along the way, but her earliest mentor has got to be Aunt Martha. Aunt Martha is devoutly Christian, intelligent, courageous, entrepreneurial, and independent. She highly values her family and sacrifices herself in order to emancipate her children. As Linda grows up, we see her embodying these principles time and again. You have to think that she does her grandma proud.
