Miranda Timeline and Summary

Miranda's listening to her coworker Laxmi go on about how her cousin is getting tormented by her cheating husband.
While Laxmi is talking, Miranda thinks back to how she met Dev.
Cue flashback: While out shopping for skin products, Miranda meets Dev, who's buying products for his wife.
They hook up because his wife is on a trip to India. Dev calls her "sexy."
The affair continues even when his wife returns.
Miranda starts to learn as much as she can about Dev's Bengali/Indian culture.
One day, Laxmi asks Miranda to babysit Rohin, her cousin's son, while Laxmi takes her cousin out for a much-needed spa day.
Precocious little Rohin gets Miranda to wear a sexy cocktail dress she bought for Dev.
Against her better judgment, Miranda wears the dress and Rohin calls her "sexy."
Miranda asks Rohin what he thinks that word means and he tells her it means when a person loves someone he doesn't know.
Miranda, shaken up, cries while Rohin naps.
After that day, Miranda lets the affair die off.
