Johnny Tremain

The protagonist is the main character. Here's a pro-tip: if the title is a character's name or has a character's name in it, that character is probably the protagonist. Think David Copperfield and The History of Tom Jones, A Foundling, and Robinson Crusoe. Usually, the narrator and the reader are both on the protagonist's side. Johnny has his faults, but we're still rooting for him, right?
