Little Bee keeps things pretty clean. OK, sure, there is frank discussion of sex, and of Sarah and Lawrence's extra-marital affair. The rape of Little Bee's sister is also discussed briefly – no way this can be rated G. Nonetheless, there is nothing graphically revealed, and the sex scenes are more awkward and depressing than they are steamy.
