Aleyn and John have sex with Symkyn's wife and daughter as recompense for their stolen corn, and the narrator isn't shy about telling us all the details of their couplings. In addition to this, many other moments in the story, like the clerks' escaped stallion's enjoyment of the local mares, the grinding of the corn, and the fight at the end between Symkyn and John, are meant to be explicitly sexual.
