Fudge Hatcher

Even though Fudge is just a little toddler throughout the book, that doesn't mean that he can't cause some serious trouble for our protagonist, Peter, going so far as to wreck his school projects and cause the untimely demise of his beloved pet turtle, Dribble. But Fudge isn't a bad-to-the-bone villain. He's doing all of these things because he's just a little kid and doesn't know better. Even though Peter is often annoyed and frustrated with him, he understands that. Fudge may be his antagonist, but he's not his enemy.
