Exactly how steamy is this story?

Even though this book could probably be called Murder on the Adultery Express, the actual act of adultery takes place off-page. Rachel sometimes reminisces about Tom, and she hooks up with Scott once, but that happens between chapters, with Rachel only waking up to get dressed for a walk of shame. Megan is constantly thinking about seducing her therapist or thinking of her steamy evenings with Tom, but she doesn't dwell on the actual action itself. Anna, too, thinks of having her affair with Tom, but again, doesn't get too explicit with the details.
