Princess Ani

Ani's definitely our girl in this book. She's the leading lady who we get to know the best, plus she's the real princess. So while Selia might think she's all that and a bag of chips because she can people-speak, in reality we know she's a poser—Ani's the one with the blood, and the guts to prove it. She's easy to root for since she never lets her power get to her head, and when she takes the lead, she proves she's been worth rooting for all along.
