Syndrome

A former fanboy gone bad, Syndrome is our resident super villain in The Incredibles. Though he lacks superpowers himself, Syndrome makes up for it with an ability to invent horrendous weapons of mass destruction, not to mention a lack of moral fiber that would make Lex Luthor blush.
