Bob Parr / Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson)’s Timeline and Summary

Bob is a superhero better known as Mr. Incredible.
During a crime-fighting mission, he rejects Buddy Pine, a fanboy who wants to become his sidekick.
Bob marries Helen, otherwise known as Elastigirl.
After Mr. Incredible is sued by people he saved, the government passes the Superhero Relocation Program, which bans heroes from using their powers.
Bob and Helen have a family, and he works as an insurance adjuster.
After being fired for using his superpowers, Bob takes a secret mission supposedly from the government to fight a rogue robot called the Omnidroid on a mysterious island.
He lies to Helen about losing his job.
Bob returns to the island and learns that he's been tricked by Syndrome, the former Buddy Pine, who has become a supervillain.
Syndrome imprisons Bob, but he's rescued by Helen and the kids.
The entire family returns to civilization to defeat the Omnidroid once again.
They stop Syndrome from kidnapping baby Jack-Jack, killing the villain in the process.
