Dr. William Haber

If it weren't for his good intentions, Dr. Haber would be your textbook villain. Weird mind-control instrument? Check. Use of weird powers to gain worldly influence? Check. Overall just a creepy guy? Triple check.

Dr. Haber is the only person standing in the way of what George wants—and what George wants is to leave well enough alone. What Dr. Haber wants, on the other hand, is to change the world into something completely unrecognizable, with him as the leader.

Oh, yeah: world domination fetish? Check.
