• Mannie goes to the Sons of Revolution rally because his super computer friend is curious. We've all been there, right?
• After the Warden's bodyguards bust in to arrest everyone, Mannie goes on the lam, hiding out in a hotel with revolutionary Wyoming Knotts.
• They meet up with Professor Paz, and they begin planning the revolution with Mike.
• Mannie acts as a judge for a trial. After the trial, Mannie and the defendant, Stu, get to know each other, and Mannie makes an important earthside contact for the revolution.
• After months of careful planning, things go all crazy train. The Peace Dragoons rape and murder a Luna woman, and Mannie watches as a revolt overthrows the Warden for them.
• Wyoh joins Mannie's family as wife number nine.
• Mannie and Prof head down to Earth to try to convince the Federated Nations to accept Luna as a free state.
• They go on a public relationship tour to show the people of Earth that a free Luna would be a great benefit for them.
• Mannie is later arrested for having a polygamous line marriage. So much for diplomatic immunity.
• He is released, and Stu helps him and Prof escape back to Luna.
• Mannie is then elected to the Luna Congress despite never knowing his name was on the ballot.
• The Federated Nations invade Luna to crush the new country, and Mannie fights in the battle of L-City.
• After the battle, Mannie initiates Operation Hard Rock Café. Oh, we guess it's just called Operation Hard Rock. Sad.
• War cruisers attack Luna and cut off Mannie's communications. Unable to discuss plans with Mike and Prof, Mannie is left in charge of the entire revolution.
• He manages to continue Operation Hard Rock long enough for the nations of Earth to recognize Luna as a free state.
• During the victory celebration, Prof dies, and Mannie becomes Luna's Prime Minister.
• Years later and unable to contact Mike anymore, Mannie looks toward the frontier and considers leaving Luna behind.
