Exactly how steamy is this poem?

There's a guy and a girl here, and she visits him in prison and "whispers" to him. He also seems to get tangled up in her hair and hypnotized by her eyes. So we can't say that this is totally G-rated, but, well, it's pretty close to that. It's about a serious theme (at least for Lovelace). Sure, he loves his king, but's it's a platonic love, the same love you might have for your father, or brother.
