Nadia Diamondstein Timeline and Summary

Nadia spends part of the summer before sixth grade in Florida. She's had to move north with her mom after her parents divorced.
She spends a totally thrilling summer—not—walking around the beach and watching turtle hatchlings. Well, she seems to enjoy it a lot more than we would.
Of course, it helps that there's a boy around. Ethan is the grandson of her grandfather's new wife.
When she finds out from Ethan that Margaret, his grandmother, made it possible for Nadia and her mother to move to Epiphany, Nadia is furious.
She picks fights with everyone she can.
When a tropical storm threatens to kill all the cute little turtle babies, Nadia grows up a little. She pitches in to help and, in the process, reconciles with her dad and grandfather.
Back in Epiphany, Nadia becomes one of The Souls.
