• will grayson is not a cheerful person, and he also doesn't have many friends. Bummer.
• But he does have a total crush on this guy named Isaac whom he met online. Oh.
• will's friend Maura is kind of into him, but will doesn't like her—or any girls for that matter.
• Maura asks will if he's gay. He neither confirms nor denies it, but manages to throw her off the scent.
• Isaac suggests that he and will meet. Yay.
• will just has to find someone to cover for him for the mathletes competition in Chicago. How about Maura?
• will heads to Frenchy's to meet Isaac, but he's not there.
• He does run into another kid named Will Grayson, though. Super weird, right?
• will finds out that Isaac isn't real—Maura calls him and admits that it was just her pretending to be a boy the whole time. Harsh.
• will ends up talking to Tiny Cooper and the two boys walk down to Millennium Park.
• One thing leads to another and will and Tiny end up dating. Hooray for love.
• Tiny texts and messages will constantly; will likes Tiny, but feels a little overwhelmed by him.

• will is also pretty furious with Maura and ends up ignoring her and pretending she doesn't exist.

• will invites Tiny over to his house for dinner and it goes pretty well.
• Tiny is getting pretty stressed out about his upcoming play, so he goes to see will at his school.
• will kind of freaks out and ends up breaking up with Tiny.
• When will doesn't hear from Tiny again, he reaches out to the other Will Grayson to see how he is.
• will decides to go see Tiny's show on opening night. And forgive Maura. Or at least stop hating her so much.
• will and Gideon drive to the show and Gideon comes up with a plan for showing Tiny how appreciated he is.
• will and Gideon get to the show as the second act is starting. will sees the fictional version of himself on stage and isn't too thrilled, but follows through with his plan.
• At the end of the show, will stands up and shouts how much he appreciates Tiny. Then everyone follows suit and Tiny feels the love.
