You Can't Take It With You really has a bunch of protagonists—or none, depending on how you look at it.

But still, the most protagonist-y protagonist is still that good old romantic lead, Tony, doing that thing that protagonists do and trying to marry the girl of his dreams and generally find fulfillment and happiness.

(Another tip off: Tony is played by Jimmy Stewart. Jimmy Stewart is always the protagonist.)
